Adoption Agreement & Declaration
I declare that: the information I have given on this form is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that if any of the information I have given is incorrect or misleading it could result the adopted cat being returned to Protect Cats Scotland.
I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and have not been convicted of an animal cruelty offence. I accept the following terms and conditions contained in this agreement.
If, for any reason, I cannot keep the cat, I will return it to Protect Cats Scotland and I will not sell, abandon or give it to any other person;
I will ensure that the cat's welfare needs, including any veterinary treatment, are met;
In the case of a kitten, I will have the kitten neutered by the date stated given and will inform Protect Cats Scotland when this has been done
